Founder and Principal, Maryanne Battles, brings expertise in talent strategy design and execution across diverse business sectors.
Her expertise in Talent Acquisition, Development & Management has been instrumental in achieving substantial growth and scale in rapidly growing companies both large (Google and Microsoft) and small (The Gates Foundation and Radiant Vision Systems, PE).
Believing that teams of great talent can achieve anything, Maryanne develops systems-theory-based talent and culture frameworks that unlock potential.
Monica Silva-Gutierrez, Co-Founder and Partner
Co-Founder and Partner, Monica Silva-Gutierrez, is a results-driven strategic people and business leader with over 15 years of experience working alongside executives at top companies like Google to map the right talent to an evolving and dynamic business landscape.
As Chief of Staff and Operations Lead at Google, she engineered and implemented a centralized Program Management Organization (PMO), influencing senior leadership and doubling the team size while increasing productivity sentiment. She’s built leadership capabilities and designed programs to help with the talent pipeline for critical women leaders in tech.
Her skills encompass change management, strategic planning, leadership development, and process improvement. She works through the lens of equality and inclusion in all her programs.
